Media Release * By registering for PIVOT DSM Masterclass 2026, I hereby consent to the use of my name, my picture, my likeness, and/or any biographical information voluntarily provided by me to Awaken2Sleep Inc. for display during PIVOT DSM Masterclass 2026 and in marketing and public relations materials featuring Awaken2Sleep Inc. events like the PIVOT DSM Masterclass. This consent shall survive my relationship with Awaken2Sleep Inc. and shall not be revoked by reason of the termination of any contractual arrangement. I release Awaken2Sleep Inc. from any obligation to provide me with any compensation relating to the use of my likeness, picture, name or other information for these purposes and I release Awaken2Sleep Inc. from any claims or liability relating to the use thereof.

Liability Release * You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Awaken2Sleep Inc. and any of their Representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including settlement costs and any legal or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions) incurred by the Awaken2Sleep Inc. Indemnitees in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms, your participation in the event, or any services, products, or data obtained in connection with the event. You shall cooperate with Awaken2Sleep Inc. in the defense of any claim subject to indemnification hereunder. Awaken2Sleep Inc. reserves the right, at its own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defense and control of any such claim. You may not settle any claim subject to indemnification hereunder without the proper written consent of Awaken2Sleep Inc.
